Eaton Paint Line Lead Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily painting tasks efficiently

• Train and provide leadership to paint team

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of safety practices in paint operations

• Familiarity with equipment maintenance and inspections
