Take charge of the Intake function as a FLT Intake Team Leader for Albert Bartlett in Airdrie, North Lanarkshire. Lead a dedicated team during the night shift, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.
This leadership role within the Chilled Division involves managing stock flow and supervising the Intake area. You will utilize your forklift truck experience to motivate and develop your team, ensuring raw materials are received and stored efficiently. A crucial part of the role includes maintaining food safety standards and collaborating closely with production and warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate the Intake FLT team
• Ensure efficient processing of raw materials
• Coordinate stock movements for production needs
• Monitor performance and provide coaching
• Uphold high food safety and quality standards
Requirements:
• Proven experience in forklift truck operations
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Knowledge of health and safety compliance
• Experience in inventory control processes
