This full-time position, operating from 11 pm to 7 am, focuses on a variety of manufacturing tasks. You’ll operate machines, monitor performance, and assist in the production of insulation solutions that contribute to energy efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery like cutting and fabrication tools

• Observe and optimize machine performance continuously

• Sort and bundle materials according to standards

• Record and report production data for quality assurance

• Collaborate with team members on end-of-line tasks

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred

• Experience in manufacturing settings is an asset

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
