Position: Overlay Operator Needed
FLINT is hiring an Overlay Operator with industrial experience for a temporary role in Airdrie, AB starting August 2026. Enjoy a four-day workweek with 10-hour shifts and benefits after 300+ hours.

This position is ideal for local candidates, though those willing to travel at their own expense are also encouraged to apply. A minimum of 3 years' experience in an industrial setting is required, along with skills in operating overlay machines, welding, or sandblasting. Candidates must meet safety ticket requirements and possess reliable transportation to the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate overlay machinery effectively

• Perform welding and sandblasting tasks as needed

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and ticket requirements

• Communicate clearly in English

• Manage demanding job tasks in diverse conditions

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in industrial labor

• Proficient with overlay machinery and welding

• CSTS-2020 safety ticket is mandatory

• Physically capable of demanding work

• Reliable transportation required
