This role demands excellent communication, training, and problem-solving skills to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency during shifts. You'll work closely with the Production Supervisor to manage workflow and improve operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign and manage daily work orders for the team

• Train and coach operators to meet production standards

• Monitor production flow and adjust processes for efficiency

• Assist in evaluating operators’ performance and training needs

• Maintain cleanliness and implement 5S improvements in the workplace

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong attention to detail and safety practices

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to perform basic machinery troubleshooting

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
