In this pivotal role, you will create and distribute a realistic production schedule while maintaining data integrity for optimal operations. Your responsibilities will include monitoring capacity constraints and stabilizing production timelines. Lead crucial alignment meetings to ensure all departments work synergistically and maintain the highest standards of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a production schedule based on sales orders
• Handover verified 4-week schedule to Operations Coordinator
• Balance labor, machinery, and material constraints
• Minimize emergency schedule changes
• Audit and maintain job order data and accuracy
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant analytical field
• 5+ years in master scheduling or supply chain
• ERP/MRP expertise, specifically with SAP or Oracle
• Advanced analysis skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
• APICS/ASCM certification is a strong asset
