The successful candidate will work on building truss orders based on shop standards, ensuring meticulous attention to design layouts. Responsibilities include stacking and labeling trusses, inspecting lumber for quality, and maintaining a clean workstation. Adhering to safety practices while lifting and using tools is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble truss orders as per supervisor instructions
• Stack and label trusses accurately
• Inspect precut lumber for length and quality
• Maintain organization of tools and work area
• Report any equipment issues to the Branch Manager
Requirements:
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Ability to lift heavy materials
• Knowledge of lumber grading is beneficial
• Capable of standing for long durations
• Familiarity with construction tools and environments
