Riverside Health Care is looking for a Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team in Emo, Ontario. Qualified candidates must possess a current College of Nurses of Ontario Certificate, CPR, and have certifications in trauma or emergency nursing preferred. The role emphasizes critical thinking, mentorship, and delivering quality health care aligned with our core values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver coordinated nursing care to patients
• Serve as a team leader or staff nurse as assigned
• Participate in flexible shift rotations as needed
• Supervise the nursing care provided by RPNs and HCAs
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and policies
Requirements:
• Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Proven critical thinking and leadership capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights
• Reliable attendance with a strong work ethic
