Elevate resident care as a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse at Bethany Care Society's Aspen Ridge Lodge in Didsbury, Alberta. Ensure holistic support while promoting dignity and resident independence.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be accountable for providing top-notch care while adhering to established procedures. This role emphasizes resident-centered care, documentation of assessments, and ensuring safety standards. You'll foster collaboration with the Registered Nurse and the Interdisciplinary Team, while also taking the lead with Health Care Aides when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote resident-centered care and respond to individual needs

• Document care assessments accurately and comprehensively

• Maintain a safe environment and report unsafe conditions

• Participate actively in team meetings and education sessions

• Lead and supervise Health Care Aides as required

Requirements:

• Graduate of a recognized LPN program

• Previous LPN experience preferred

• Active registration with CLHA

• Able to work in a demanding environment

• Current CPR certification is required
