Bethany Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse for its Aspen Ridge Lodge. The ideal candidate will promote service excellence, conduct thorough assessments, and document care accurately per policies. Engage within an interdisciplinary team while fostering a safe and supportive environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide resident-centered care aligned with care plans

• Document assessments and care interventions comprehensively

• Maintain safety standards and report unsafe conditions

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team at care meetings

• Lead and supervise Health Care Aides when necessary

Requirements:

• Graduate from a recognized LPN program

• Active registration with CLHA of Alberta

• Previous LPN experience preferred

• Current CPR certification

• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
