Bethany Didsbury seeks a compassionate individual for the part-time Licensed Practical Nurse role. You will focus on resident-centered care, documentation, safety, teamwork, and leadership. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough nursing assessments and prioritize care plans

• Document resident assessments and interventions accurately

• Maintain a safe environment by adhering to safety practices

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal resident care

• Lead and supervise Health Care Aides as needed

Requirements:

• Graduate from a recognized LPN program

• Active registration with the CLHA in Alberta

• Previous experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse preferred

• Current CPR certification and Dementia Care Certificate preferred

• Excellent observation and communication skills
