As a valued member of Sienna's team, you'll play an integral role in delivering nursing care according to established protocols. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care per established policies and physician’s orders
• Utilize sound principles for excellent nursing and personal care
• Create a supportive environment through effective communication
• Oversee resident care and maintain family communication
• Supervise Personal Support Workers and unregulated team members
Requirements:
• Licensed in good standing with the College of Alberta LPNs
• Experience in Geriatrics or senior health is an asset
• Strong judgement with risk identification abilities
• Commitment to fostering positive work culture
• Completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check required
