Deliver compassionate nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse with Assisted Living Alberta in Didsbury. This case manager role involves assessing client needs and coordinating services in a community-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs and determine service requirements

• Operate electronic devices for documentation
Requirements:
• Completion of accredited nursing education program
• Eligible for registration with CLHA
• Minimum two years of nursing experience
• Competency in nonviolent crisis intervention training
• Current BCLS-HCP certification
