In this dual-role position, you will balance inspections with frontline coordination. You'll identify daily priorities, allocate tasks to the QC team, and coach inspectors to foster 'right-first-time' outcomes. Your leadership will drive timely execution of inspections, thereby meeting customer delivery expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily inspection tasks aligned with production schedules
• Monitor inspection progress to ensure on-time deliveries
• Coach QC team members for effective inspections
• Conduct systematic audits for documentation accuracy
• Lead efforts to identify and resolve non-conformances
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering and 5+ years in manufacturing
• 2+ years in a Senior QC or Lead role
• Proficient in reading blueprints and using precision instruments
• Experience in CMM operation preferred
• Advanced MS Office skills;
Power BI experience a plus
