Position: Backshift Quality Assurance Role at Albert Bartlett
Become part of Albert Bartlett's Quality Assurance team on the Backshift. Help ensure product excellence and safety of our potato offerings with hands-on leadership.

In this role, you'll be integral to maintaining quality standards during the critical backshift hours of 15:30 to 00:00. You will conduct regular assessments, enforce food safety compliance, and lead training initiatives for the quality assurance team. Engage with production to quickly resolve any quality discrepancies, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality assessments during the assigned backshift

• Maintain compliance with food safety protocols

• Lead and mentor quality assurance personnel

• Collaborate with production teams to address quality challenges

• Keep accurate records of inspections for audits

Requirements:

• Experience in quality assurance within food manufacturing

• Strong understanding of food safety protocols

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Detail-oriented and strong analytical thinker

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management tools
