In this role, you will oversee quality checks, ensure adherence to food safety regulations, and work closely with production staff. You will also participate in audits and maintain accurate records, reinforcing our dedication to quality in all products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute thorough quality checks on products during shifts

• Comply with HACCP and other food safety initiatives

• Partner with production staff to maintain high-quality standards

• Support internal and external quality audit processes

• Keep timely documentation and reporting of quality checks

Requirements:

• Background in quality assurance in a food production environment

• Familiarity with HACCP standards and quality management

• Strong attention to detail for independent weekend work

• Good communication skills and teamwork

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality systems
