Position: Backshift Quality Assurance Role At Albert Bartlett
Overview  Become part of Albert Bartletts Quality Assurance team on the Backshift. Help ensure product excellence and safety of our potato offerings with hands-on leadership.
In this role, youll be integral to maintaining quality standards during the critical backshift hours of 15:30 to 00:00. You will conduct regular assessments, enforce food safety compliance, and lead training initiatives for the quality assurance team. Engage with production to quickly resolve any quality discrepancies, fostering an workplace of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities   Perform quality assessments during the assigned backshift
Maintain compliance with food safety protocols
Lead and mentor quality assurance personnel

Keep accurate records of inspections for audits
Requirements   Experience in quality assurance within food manufacturing
