Position: Quality Analyst for AI SMS Bot
Become a key player in maintaining our AI-powered SMS bot for a growing private school network. We seek an AI Quality Analyst to oversee quality assurance and enhance bot performance through rigorous testing and content management.

In this role, you'll take full ownership of the quality cycle by reviewing production conversations, creating JSON test files, and fixing knowledge base content. You'll also run test suites to verify fixes and ensure the bot remains responsive and accurate as the program evolves.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review conversations to identify bad bot responses

• Create and edit JSON test files for issues

• Fix knowledge base content using Markdown

• Run test suites for verification and regression testing

• Maintain and expand the evolving knowledge base

Requirements:

• Proficiency with JSON test files and Markdown documents

• Experience running terminal commands and scripts

• Familiarity with Git for version control

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail in testing and documentation
