Become a part-time Brand Ambassador at American Eagle, where your role involves creating memorable shopping experiences for every guest. Bring your enthusiasm for AEO and Aerie products into the store daily.
In this position, you will embody the spirit of AEO by engaging customers and fostering loyalty through exceptional service. Utilizing the AEO Selling Model, you’ll connect with guests, education them on products and company values, while seamlessly adapting to your sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers with the AEO Selling Model
• Share knowledge and recommendations on products
• Actively promote the AEO loyalty program
• Flexibly work various zones, including Cash & Wrap
• Resolve guest issues with a focus on satisfaction
Requirements:
• Friendly and energetic demeanor with customers
• Retail experience preferred for task management
• Open availability for busy shopping times
• Passion for AEO and Aerie merchandise
• Candidates must be 16 years or older
