Key Responsibilities:
• Lead staff supervision and training initiatives
• Maintain accurate operations at checkout
• Engage with customers and handle their inquiries
• Order and stock grocery items systematically
• Enforce cleanliness and safety in the workplace
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or related experience
• Experience in grocery retail is preferred
• Proficient in computer use
• Must be customer-oriented and action-driven
