In this part-time role, you will engage with customers, assess their needs, and provide them with the right solutions. You'll be promoting tools and services while honing your product knowledge. The emphasis is on fast, friendly service and ensuring customer satisfaction across various departments, promoting tool rental services and conducting daily stock maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet, engage, and thank every customer
• Escort customers to appropriate merchandise throughout the store
• Discuss project needs and suggest related items/services
• Educate customers about their entire project
• Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and stock levels
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years retail or trade experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role
