In this role, you will provide exceptional service to retail customers by helping them identify their OEM parts needs. Work collaboratively with service and inventory teams to ensure reliable service and uphold dealership standards while contributing to sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with identifying OEM parts and accessories
• Verify part compatibility using electronic catalogs
• Deliver pricing and availability information to customers
• Handle retail transactions effectively and efficiently
• Keep the parts counter area organized and customer-friendly
Requirements:
• 1-3+ years of relevant automotive parts experience
• Knowledge of OEM parts and inventory management systems
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively
• Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license
