TJX Canada seeks an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager for the new Homesense location in Airdrie. With at least two years of retail leadership experience, you will empower and develop your team to excel in customer service and operational efficiency.
Your role includes driving sales, managing store operations, and implementing strategies for growth and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support sales results and manage operational expenses
• Attract and mentor top talent within your team
• Implement project action plans and store initiatives
• Coordinate loss prevention and improve store layout
• Foster a positive, engaging atmosphere for Associates and customers
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of retail leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead and develop large teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in operations and customer service management
• Experience in merchandising and loss prevention strategies
