This full-time position reports to the Store Manager/Corps Officer, focusing on overseeing daily store operations. Key responsibilities include ensuring safety, managing inventory, and handling customer inquiries. You will also assist in staff training, scheduling, and planning promotional events while aligning with The Salvation Army’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee customer and staff safety in the store
• Assist with store layout planning and aesthetics
• Manage customer complaints promptly and courteously
• Ensure cash operations meet Salvation Army policies
• Supervise inventory control processes effectively
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of retail experience required
• Valid cash handling experience necessary
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications essential
• Completed post-secondary program in Retail Management preferred
