At TJX Canada, we are eagerly preparing to open our new Homesense store. We’re looking for a Store Manager with a minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience to oversee all store operations. You will be responsible for inspiring your team, developing staff, and implementing strategies that boost both sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage comprehensive store operations effectively

• Recruit and train a large team of Associates

• Suggest sales-enhancing strategies based on data

• Ensure excellent customer experiences and service

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of retail experience in management
