Wireless Sales Representative

Overview

The Mobile Shop, a Loblaw-owned brand operated by Glentel Inc., is seeking Sales Representatives (Mobilists) to work inside Loblaws to guide customers toward optimal phone and rate plan options that fit their lifestyle.

• Engage with Loblaw shoppers to offer the latest mobile, home and business solutions from leading brands tailored to their lifestyle.
• Leverage the PC Optimum loyalty program to help customers earn and redeem points across store purchases.
• Become a Mobile Expert by mastering carrier offerings, promotional deals, and pricing structures; stay up to date on devices and industry trends to clearly communicate features and benefits.
• Achieve sales targets and earn commissions by delivering tailored mobile solutions to meet and exceed individual and store targets.

• A people person who enjoys building long-term relationships with customers.
• Hungry for learning and advancing your career with an industry leader.
• Available to work full-time, including weekends and evenings.
• Ability to stand for 8 to 9 hours during a shift with a 30-minute break; ability to commute to the work location.

• Competitive compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 per year with hourly rate plus uncapped commissions.
