As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll collaborate with the Store Manager to enhance business growth and ensure exceptional customer service. This position involves maintaining the facility, managing customer accounts, and occasionally traveling between store locations. You will gain hands-on experience while supporting a variety of operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Store Manager in growing sales and operations
• Engage customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Open, operate, and close the store efficiently
• Handle customer accounts and general administrative tasks
• Assist other locations to maintain consistent standards
Requirements:
• Retail sales and administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle for store travel
• Basic computer skills for administrative tasks
