Position Details

CHANEL Counter Manager –

Location:

CHANEL Counter at Shoppers Drug Mart North Vancouver, Lynn Valley.

Reports to:

Territory Manager.

Contract:

Temporary (Month-to-Month) and Full-time (37.5 hours/week).

• Generate maximum sales volume while providing superior client service and building repeat sales and loyal customers.
• Provide superior client service by demonstrating interest, courtesy, and sincerity.
• Extend exceptional client care to every customer through consultations.
• Use selling skills that relate to customer needs.
• Achieve sales goals planned for the year for the Fragrance & Beauty account.
• Increase the customer base and build business for the future.
• Build strong in-store business relationships through effective communication.

• Providing the Chanel ultimate luxury client experience.
• Achieving the sales plan.

• Gratification in offering a unique client experience.
