Your role will support a collaborative team atmosphere while ensuring a safe shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer inquiries and provide top-notch service
• Stock shelves and maintain attractive product displays
• Clean and organize the sales floor effectively
• Ensure product quality and manage markdowns efficiently
• Participate in inventory and product organization efforts
Requirements:
• Grade 9 education or a related experience
• Prior retail experience focusing on customer service
• Fluent in English; preferred for communication
• Understanding of receiving processes and inventory management
• Ability to uphold cleanliness and safety procedures
