Position: Thrift Store Shift Supervisor Role
Lead the Thrift Store operations as a Shift Supervisor at The Salvation Army. Elevate customer engagement while managing inventory and sales processes effectively.

This role involves supporting the Store Manager with daily operations and customer interactions. You will be critical in ensuring accurate financial transactions, protecting donated items, and maintaining the store's appealing appearance. Your leadership will contribute to training team members and achieving service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact positively with guests and donors

• Ensure precise cash handling during transactions

• Organize donations through sorting and pricing

• Support inventory management and reconciliation

• Keep the store clean and organized

Requirements:

• Minimum two years' experience in a similar setting

• Proven communication and teamwork abilities

• Physically capable of frequent lifting of 30 lbs

• Awareness of The Salvation Army's values

• Some high school education completed
