Key Responsibilities:
• Open and close the shop as needed
• Lead the butcher team and ensure operations flow smoothly
• Make sausages and grind meat with precision
• Prepare standard cuts of meat and carcasses
• Maximize sales through effective merchandising
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of butchery experience
• Whole animal butchery experience a plus
• Food Safe Certificate required
• Ambition to improve team and customer experiences
• Availability for shifts between 10 AM and 7 PM
