Merchandising Specialist

Position: Merchandising Specialist at The Brick

As a key team member, you will report to the Operations Manager and actively contribute to our merchandising efforts at one of our retail locations. Your responsibilities will involve lifting products, organizing stock, and providing exceptional support to customers and staff. Success in this role combines customer service expertise with a passion for teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Move and lift products to ensure display integrity

• Attach price tags and promotions accurately

• Unload trailers and organize stock efficiently

• Assist customers with product inquiries and issues

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and inventory accuracy

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 75 lbs)

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Team collaboration and independent work capability

• Basic computer literacy

• Flexibility for various shifts, including weekends
