This Grocery Utility Associate role provides a pathway to enhance customer relations. You will directly report to the Grocery Supervisor and participate in all grocery utility functions such as stocking and order management. Ensuring cleanliness and safety will be paramount in your day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure excellent interactions with customers

• Stock and organize grocery displays efficiently

• Handle products while maintaining quality standards

• Keep the sales floor and back areas clean

• Follow health and safety guidelines strictly

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 9 education with experience

• Background in customer service within retail

• Fluent in English communications

• Familiarity with ordering and product cycles

• Prior experience in inventory handling and quality assurance
