As a Lot Associate, you will be the face of customer service, engaging customers and guiding them through their purchasing process. This role requires strong interpersonal skills as you maintain the parking lot’s cleanliness and efficiency while following safety protocols. You’ll also inquire about customer needs and help them load their purchases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load orders securely in customer vehicles
• Follow Home Depot’s GET Model for service
• Maintain carts and assist customers in lot
• Clean and secure exit/loading areas frequently
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of retail experience
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Experience with effective communication
