In this role, your focus will be on helping customers find suitable products and addressing their technical issues. You’ll also play a key part in training team members and handling escalations when leaders are unavailable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide technical support
• Assist with device setup, diagnostics, and repairs
• Create an outstanding customer experience daily
• Complete opening and closing store operations tasks
• Respond to customer escalations in the store
Requirements:
• 1+ years in retail technical customer service
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. as needed
• Strong communication skills and flexibility
• Commitment to a safe working environment
