- Candidates who applied for this post are required to unload trailers, pull pallets to the floor and assist in the processing of merchandise, all in a safe and clean environment.
- They're also accountable for maintaining function as a lead of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions working at this post.
- People applying for this post are required to contribute to a safe, clean and hazard-free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures working at this post.
- People are accountable at this post for preparing and resetting the Receiving Area.
- They're accountable at this post for unloading and sorting general merchandise trailers and completing live unloading of other types of merchandise working at this post.
- They're appointed at this post for delegating, following up and pulling pallets of merchandise to the sales floor for overnight processing.
- Candidates interested in this post are also accountable for delegating, following up and assisting in stocking, applying product protection on the sales floor as assigned and binning overstock merchandise working at this post.
- They must be able to provide training and coaching and offer feedback to associates.
- Candidates must act as a team lead by providing direction to CAP 2 Associates.
- They must be able to maintain a cold chain for refrigerated and frozen receiving to get preferred for this post.
