Deliver attentive customer service as a Floral Clerk Sales Service associate, handling transactions, cash, and merchandise with accuracy. Work various shifts during business hours.
This customer-facing clerk role focuses on sales and service in a well-maintained workspace. You will scan selected items, process payments, balance registers, and bag purchases. The position also requires safe equipment use, food safety compliance, and clean work habits.
Key Responsibilities:- Enter or scan customer-selected items accurately
- Process payments and cancel transactions under established standards
- Handle cash, debit cards, cheques, and deposits
- Balance the cash register and meet productivity standards
- Maintain clean work areas, uniforms, and attentive service
- Customer-service orientation and strong interpersonal skills
- Availability for various shifts during business hours
- Ability to communicate and foster team spirit
- Ability to work under pressure and stand extensively
- Ability to lift up to 20 kilograms
