Part-Time Security Operator Position

Location: Carstairs

This security role requires a commitment of 15.57 hours per week with flexible scheduling across weekdays and weekends. You will be responsible for monitoring facility access, escorting individuals, and performing routine checks over uneven terrain. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential as you will handle diverse situations professionally and courteously while working as part of a cohesive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control access to ensure only authorized individuals enter

• Walk perimeter for daily checks and security assessments

• Escort visitors, staff, and vehicles within the premises

• Professionally resolve disputes and conflicts as they arise

• Maintain accurate security records and system operations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in security or customer service roles

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

• Full valid UK driving licence needed
