- Night Shift 1930 - 0730 on a 4/3 split

Responsibilities for Security Supervisor    Lead a team of On-site security guard
Manage and maintain the daily schedule of security guards
Experience in conducting security audits and assessments

Experience with access control systems and security protocols
Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (clients, law enforcement, emergency services)
Experience in emergency response planning and execution
Qualifications for Security Supervisor    Be authorized to work in Canada
Must be in Canada for 5 years to get reliability clearance required for the position
Track record of promoting team development and maintaining high performance standards
3 years of experience in security and team management
Hold a Valid Security license
First aid certification
Able to travel to Airdrie and Balzac
Must have a Car, driver's license and clean drivers abstract
