Paladin Security is looking for a dedicated Health Care Security Officer to monitor and secure healthcare facilities. This role includes patrolling, incident reporting, and managing visitor access while embodying professional communication and courtesy. Candidates should be prepared to address emergency situations calmly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility
• Report changes and incidents to key staff
• Monitor visitor access and security risks
• Respond to emergency alarms promptly
• Communicate effectively with all facility personnel
Requirements:
• Clean criminal record; minimum age of 21
• Class 5 NON GDL Alberta driver's license
• Must be available for flexible shifts
• Ability to walk long distances daily
• High School Diploma or GED needed
