Description
Responsibilities include:
Ability to diagnose & repair all brands of commercial RTU’s, MUA’s and Boilers quickly & efficiently.Regularly inspect and maintain HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient operation. Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and parts replacement when necessary to keep systems running smoothly.Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC system, effectively repair or replace faulty components and ensure all systems are functioning correctly.Conduct performance tests and inspections to identify any inefficiencies or malfunctions. Adjust settings and calibrate controls to achieve optimal performance and energy efficiency.Interact with clients to understand their HVAC needs and address any concerns or questions they may have. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs, maintenance procedures, and system operation.Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on HVAC systems. Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and safety standards.Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including service reports, parts used, and time spent on each task.Qualifications
