- Provide personal and clinical care
- Assist with medication, housing needs, appointments, and daily routines
- Encourage social participation and independence
- Whether it's helping someone feel confident in their own home or supporting them at a community event, you'll play a vital role in helping people feel safe, empowered, and connected.
- This role can involve lone working, with on-call support available 24 hours a day.
Experience is not essential - we provide a full induction and ongoing training. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, your empathy, and your commitment to helping others.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is- Emotionally intelligent and calm under pressure
- A great listener and communicator
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Able to build trusting relationships
- Comfortable working independently
- UK Driving Licence and ability to drive both automatic and manual cars
- Access to your own car would be advantageous
- Flexibility to work shift patterns (day, evening, or weekend)
- Full induction and ongoing mentoring
