As an essential team member, you will utilize your 3+ years of shipping experience to oversee order processing and shipment coordination. Responsibilities encompass preparing shipping documents, resolving shipping discrepancies, and maintaining inventory accuracy. You'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through on-time deliveries and effective communication with carriers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pick and pack orders following specifications
• Verify shipping documentation for accuracy
• Schedule shipments to meet customer deadlines
• Communicate with carriers regarding pickups
• Assist with internal product staging for shipments
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of relevant shipping experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Forklift certification an asset
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems
