Your role will be essential in ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
In this leadership position, you will guide a team with your 4-7 years of Marine Operations experience, overseeing safety initiatives and vessel maintenance procedures. You will uphold the company’s standards, conduct audits, and focus on continuous improvement in safety and productivity. Your ability to make informed decisions will drive operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead safety initiatives and training programs
• Oversee maintenance of electrical and instrumentation assets
• Ensure all work meets regulatory and technical standards
• Identify productivity-enhancing solutions promptly
• Maintain and report on spare parts inventory
Requirements:
• Trade Certificate or College Diploma
• 4–7 years in Marine Operations
• Strong safety leadership abilities
• Certifications in WHMIS, Marine Emergency Duties
• Transport Canada Marine Medical certification required
