Position: Materials Technician for Propak Energy
Become a pivotal part of Propak Energy Services in Airdrie as a Materials Technician. Oversee inventory management, assist with branch operations, and train employees in Dynamics 365 to enhance efficiency.

This full-time position is essential for managing daily inventory transfers and addressing discrepancies across all branches. You’ll support the operational team with invoicing, assist in setting up new branches, and help facilitate D365 training for new hires. Your contributions will ensure a smooth supply chain and effective utilization of resources, making your role crucial in this dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily branch transfers and their accuracy

• Assist with parts invoicing and inventory management

• Act as a backup for PES Administrator on invoicing

• Manage annual inventory cycle counts and audits

• Facilitate training for new employees on D365

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• Preferred experience in oilfield inventory management

• Basic knowledge of oil and gas plant materials

• Familiarity with warehousing software beneficial

• Forklift operation experience an asset
