Nationwide is seeking a Customer Representative for our branch in Airdrie, North Lanarkshire. This permanent, full-time role (35 hours/week, Mon–Sat) requires you to be within a 45-minute commute. Training spans three weeks with no holidays during that period, and we may close ads early if applications are high.
You’ll engage customers in person, by phone, and online, delivering excellent service and helping them access banking solutions across channels.
