Bankhouse Dental Care, Airdrieis looking for an experienced General Dentist with the ambition to lead, grow and help shape a thriving practice.

This is more than a clinical role. It is an opportunity to influence how the practice develops, improve its commercial performance and benefit financially from the value and profitability you help create.

We are looking for someone who sees possibilities: a clinician who is curious about what could be improved, confident making decisions and motivated by building something successful.

You might already have leadership experience, or you may be ready to take the next step. Either way, you will not be expected to do it alone. You will have the backing of an established organisation, access to experienced colleagues and support across the areasrequiredto run and grow a successful practice.

About You

You will be:

A GDC-registered dentist with strong clinical experience.

Commercially curious, entrepreneurial and motivated by growth.

Committed to excellent, patient-centred care.

Confident working collaboratively with practice management and support teams.

Motivated to develop others and improve how the practiceoperates.

Previousownership experience is not essential. What matters is your ambition,judgement and willingness to lead.
