- Chartered Engineer (CEng)
- Experience of contractual or commercial management.
- Auditing, monitoring, investigation and analysis of technical and commercial issues relevant to maintenance of a roads network.
- Knowledge and application of the TSRGD, DMRB and MCHW for highways maintenance schemes.
- Understanding of operations and maintenance requirements of various highways assets.
- Assessment and verification of measured quantities in line with MCHW and contractual requirements.
- Understanding of health and safety, environmental, and traffic management requirements for highways maintenance schemes.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams
