We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high‑quality support to individuals in the home care setting, ensuring their wellbeing and comfort. This role offers an opportunity to make a positive difference in people’s lives through personalised care and assistance. The Care Assistant will work closely with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver tailored care plans in a respectful and professional manner.

• Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility, ensuring dignity and respect at all times
• Support clients with medication management as per care plans and instructions
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ wellbeing
• Help with meal preparation and feeding if required, ensuring dietary needs are met
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in clients’ conditions
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to coordinate care needs
• Assist with light domestic tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and organising personal spaces
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments or outings when necessary

• Previous experience working in a care home or providing home care is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Knowledge of care plans and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
• Good IT skills for maintaining records and documentation
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Valid driving licence is advantageous for roles involving travel or client transportation
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required
