About the role
As a Healthcare Assistant
, you’ll support residents with daily personal care and wellbeing needs, helping them feel safe, comfortable and valued. You’ll contribute to care plans, support independence and play a key part in creating a warm, person-centred environment where dignity comes first, always.
What you’ll do
- Deliver compassionate personal care while maintaining privacy, dignity and respect
- Support daily living and encourage independence
- Assist with mobility, positioning andsafe transfers
- Observe, report any changes in wellbeing, and keep accurate records
- Provide companionship and reassurance through respectful communication
What we’re looking for
- SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care preferred
- A genuine, empathetic approach toperson-centred care
- Calm, reliable and committed to showing up consistently
- Clear communication and a team-first mindset
- Strong attention tosafety, confidentiality and professional boundaries
